- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆600 dollars for 10 minutes what a joke. (i understand that he could have worked on my appraisal for an hour or so more) Promises made and not kept. I would never use this company for the ridiculous way I was treated during the appraisal, I took the day off thinking that I would be able to show him everything about the house for the price I paid. But he wanted nothing to do with that. If I wouldn't have talk to him for over five minutes I don't think he would have been here longer than a few minutes.
